These terms and conditions govern the use of the Taxi Max VDR website and service requests made through it.
1. Use of the site
This website presents our transportation and roadside assistance services. It allows you to contact us and, depending on the available features, submit a booking request.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site respectfully, without transmitting fraudulent, illegal or potentially disruptive content.
2. Requests and reservations
Submitting a contact form or a transport request does not guarantee the availability of a vehicle.
A booking is confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from Taxi Max VDR or the booking system indicating that your trip is accepted.
You must provide the information necessary for the organization of the service: addresses, date, time, number of passengers, luggage, stops and special needs.
Any modification remains subject to service availability.
3. Prices and payment
Rides are billed according to the applicable pricing for the service requested and the rules in force in Quebec.
When an agreed price is proposed, the terms are established in accordance with applicable requirements. An estimate does not necessarily constitute a fixed price; this distinction will be clarified for you.
Accepted payment methods and any payment conditions will be communicated to you at the time of booking or before the service.
4. Modification, cancellation and absence
To modify or cancel a reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Any cancellation, waiting or no-show conditions, including applicable fees, must be communicated to you before booking confirmation and comply with the law.
These terms and conditions do not, in themselves, establish any cancellation or no-show fees. All refunds are processed according to the agreed terms and applicable laws.
5. Airport schedules and transfers
Traffic, roadworks, weather and other circumstances can influence the duration of a journey.
For airport transfers, please allow ample time and provide accurate flight details. Notify us promptly of any changes.
Taxi Max VDR is committed to providing the service with care and diligence, but cannot guarantee a journey time independent of road conditions.
6. Passengers, luggage and special needs
Passengers must respect the driver, the vehicle and safety instructions, including wearing seat belts.
Inform us in advance of any bulky luggage, mobility equipment, the presence of an animal or any special needs in order to check the vehicle's capacity and the possibilities for assistance.
For the transport of a child, specify the needs related to the restraint device in order to organize the journey in accordance with the applicable rules.
A service may be interrupted or refused when behavior presents a real risk to safety, in compliance with the law and without discrimination.
7. Medical deliveries and parcels
All delivery requests must be approved in advance. You must specify the nature of the package, its dimensions, the collection and delivery details, and any special requirements.
The sender must provide appropriate packaging and indicate any temperature, handling, or time constraints.
The medical parcel delivery service does not constitute a guarantee of specialized transport, cold chain maintenance, or handling of hazardous materials. These services require prior verification.
8. Unlocking and overvoltage
These services are offered subject to vehicle availability and compatibility.
To unlock the vehicle, proof of your right of access may be required.
Jump-starting a vehicle may allow it to restart, but it does not constitute a mechanical diagnosis or a guarantee of repair. If the procedure cannot be carried out properly, a specialist service may be required.
The price and terms of the intervention must be specified before it begins.
9. Responsibility
Taxi Max VDR remains responsible for its obligations in accordance with applicable laws.
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude liability which cannot be legally excluded, or to limit the mandatory rights of consumers.
If you notice a problem with a service or a forgotten item, contact us quickly to facilitate follow-up.
10. Content and external links
The texts, logos and visuals on this site are protected by applicable rights. Their reproduction or commercial use requires the authorization of the rights holder.
External links may lead to platforms with their own terms and policies. We encourage you to review them when using these services.
11. Protection of personal information
The processing of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
12. Amendments and applicable law
These terms and conditions may be updated. The published version indicates its revision date. A modification does not retroactively change the terms of a reservation already confirmed without an agreement or applicable legal basis.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and Canada, without limiting the mandatory protections to which you are entitled.
